The Qur'an is the true book of Allah. This is the message of Allah in the name of His servants, it increases faith and rusts the hearts. Recitation of the Holy Quran is a blessing and a reward. But it is unfortunate that most of us are oblivious to the recitation of the Holy Quran. They refrain from spending their time in worldly affairs while they do not have time for recitation of the Qur'an. Believe me, Allah blesses the recitation of the Holy Quran in time. Pledge from today that insha'Allah you will take the time to recite the Holy Quran daily and recite at least two or three Ruku and understand it. Read it with translation so that you know what Allah Almighty says to His servants.
Come on! We know about the virtue of reciting the Qur'an in the light of Qur'an and Sunnah.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Read the Qur'aan, because on the Day of Resurrection the Qur'aan will be an intercessor for those who recite it.” [Muslim].
Another hadith says that the intercession of the Qur'an will be accepted. After reciting the Qur'an, he will fight for those who bring it into their practical life and will save them. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “On the Day of Resurrection, the Qur'aan and those who used to follow it will be brought. The people of Baqarah and Al-Imran will be in the forefront and will argue on behalf of their readers. [Muslim].
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) also said: “The best of you is the one who reads the Qur'aan and recites it.” [Bukhari]
